Billingshurst New Build
This 2-bed renovation has had no expense spared when it comes to its finish!
With a modern kitchen with, a downstairs WC, a generous open planned kitchen/ diner/ living area, a beautifully designed bathroom, 2 large bedrooms and a great garden area.
Roof Renovation Crawley
We stripped this original 1960’s roof and demolished the chimney as it was not being used and also causing water ingress.
We stiffened up the rafters, installed new breathable felt, battens, tiles, dry verge, dry ridge, fascia’s and re-fixed the gutters.
With over 50 years of roofing experience within the company, we sure know a thing or two when it comes to keeping your home dry! This one was enjoyable and the end result was spot on!
Bathroom Renovation Billingshurst
This downstairs bathroom refurb was an improvement and a half.
We stripped this one back to the bare minimum. Removing the entire roof, all existing stud walls and poorly finished subfloor.
- New concrete floor installed with correct DPM
- Followed by latex and UFH
- Flat roof formed with 9x2
- 3-layer felted flat roof system
- New stud work
- New structural door opening
- New plumbing and waste
- Moisture board and skim
- Automatic skylight fitted
As you can see, a lot of work went into this one. We created a much bigger, practical bathroom space. With special items including niche, glass shower screen, UFH and self-operating skylight.
